Pork Back Bones

This product is made from Selected Butcher Pork Loins. These pork back bones come off of the bone in pork loin when the loins are boned out. The back rib and riblet are removed, then the back bone is bulk packed into a poly lined box, 45lbs in a box. Spreaders are placed between the boxes and put into the freezer.
