  • Continuous monitoring throughout our production areas including coolers and freezers

Restricted access into our facility

Validated pre processing Food Safety intervention applications

Step 4 -

Daily pathogen testing is completed by a certified independent third party lab

Step 5 -

Acceptable lab testing results for pathogens with management sign off is required prior

to your order shipping
