Pork Loins Boneless

This product is made from Selected Butcher Pork Loins. These pork loins are boned out by our highly skilled butchers. All bones, cartilage and the tenderloin are removed. The boneless loin is trimmed to 1/4" fat cover then poly wrapped and placed in a poly liner, 6pcs per box. Spreaders are put between every row and frozen.
