This product is made from our selected Butcher Pork Loins, this product comes from the Ham end or our boneless Pork Loin then the Sirloins are hand trimmed, vac packed, put into three packages and placed in our box. This boneless defatted sirloin can be used for thinly sliced Pork Cutlets, small Pork Roasts, cut up for Kabobs or diced.
