4oz Pork Cubed Steak

Prepared from selected 90% or better Extra Lean cuts of Pork. First they are cut and portioned by hand into 4oz portions. Then they are run through a cuber and layer packed with a wax board in between each layer then frozen. Other sizes are available by request.
