Pork Cubes on Skewer

This product is made from our select Butcher Pork Loins. This product is made by removing the tender loin, boning out the sirloin and hand trimming the fat off. The boneless sirloin is cut into 4oz portions then those portions are cut into four pieces and placed on a skewer. The 4oz skewers are layered 20 per row, with a wax board between the 2 rows. 40 skewers per 10lb box.
