This product is made from our selected Butcher Hams, all the skin is removed then the fat is trimmed down to a 1/4", the shank is trimmed back about 3" to make a handle then the bottom of the ham is cut straight across to let the Steamship Ham stand up when carving. They are wrapped and placed 2pcs per box. Our Steamship Round Ham is very flavorful, tender each and every time and has a great presentation.
